Dale Atkinson serves as legal counsel to ASWB. He is the sole member of the Northbrook, Illinois, law firm of The Atkinson Firm, LLC., which represents various associations of regulatory boards. Atkinson received his law degree from Northwestern School of Law in Portland, Oregon.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in legal studies from Lasell University in Newton, Massachusetts and a Master of Arts degree in race & ethnic studies from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
