Reserve your room online here if you are NOT a funded attendee. The group rate is $205 plus tax per night with a waived resort fee. The last day to book a room with the group rate is October 26, 2022. The hotel may be sold out for some of the dates.  If you are unable to book your reservation, please email veo@aswb.org.

The following groups are funded: Delegates, 2022 Committee/Task Force Chairs, ASWB Board of Directors, 2022 Nominating Committee Members, Election Candidates, Award Recipients, Speakers/Consultants, and Scholarship Recipients. Hotel reservations will be direct billed for funded attendees according to travel plans.

Transportation and Parking

The nearest airport: The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) 

Travel Distance: Approximately 16 miles/25 minutes. The resort does not provide a shuttle to and from the airport.
