The ASWB Annual Meetings are intensive business meetings during which the ASWB Delegate Assembly discusses the overall operation of the association, from financial records to examination administration to long-range goals and elections. To ensure full participation, the association fully funds one delegate from each member jurisdiction to attend this meeting.  For information about attending as a delegate, click HERE.

Delegate Assembly Online Orientation

Monday, November 14, 2022, 3:00 pm–4:00 pm EST.

An online orientation will be held for all registered attendees who plan to participate in the 2022 Annual Meeting of the Delegate Assembly to learn about the content of the meeting and tips on navigating the meeting platform, Lumi. It is recommended that all delegates and alternates attend the orientation to prepare for the electronic voting process.  All attendees (in-person and online) will use the Lumi platform to access materials for the meeting, as well as join the online orientation on November 14. The Lumi platform will also be used to access the live Delegate Assembly for those who are attending online. Information on how to log in to the Lumi platform will be sent closer to the meeting.

Thursday Pre-conference Sessions (Hybrid)

Join ASWB for Board Member Exchange and Administrators Forum to engage in rich conversation about diversity, equity, inclusion and justice in regulation. This is an amazing opportunity to use your voice to impact the regulatory and ethical mandate to protect recipients of social work services.  We extend the invitation for us to stand in our own truth and participate in courageous conversation. 

• Administrators Forum: open to ASWB member board administrators, registrars, or staff
• Board Member Exchange: open to ASWB member board members

Attendees are required to register for Thursday sessions if they plan to attend.

Welcome Reception and Dinner

A complimentary reception and dinner are open to attendees and their guests beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday evening. Hors d'oeuvres, dinner, dessert, and unlimited nonalcoholic beverages are included. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Please RSVP online when you register.
