

This two-day meeting is held Friday and Saturday, April 21-22, 2023, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in all sessions on Friday and Saturday and preconference sessions are offered on Thursday. Registration is limited to ASWB member board members, staff, and speakers.
Continuing education credit is offered for attending both days. Attendees must complete a meeting evaluation and submit an attestation of attendance following the meeting to be eligible to receive credit.
Thursday Pre-conference Sessions
Optional sessions are offered on Thursday, April 20. Funded attendees may plan their travel to attend Thursday sessions, however, they must attend for the early arrival to be funded.
- Administrators Forum: open to ASWB member board administrators, registrars, or staff
- Board Member Exchange: open to ASWB member board members
Attendees are required to register for Thursday sessions if they plan to attend.
Welcome Reception and Dinner
A complimentary reception and dinner are open to attendees and their guests beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday evening. Hors d'oeuvres, dinner, dessert, and unlimited nonalcoholic beverages are included. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Please RSVP online when you register.

City & Cemetery Bus Tour with New Orleans Native Tours
ASWB has arranged a bus tour for attendees after the adjournment of the Education meeting on Saturday. For those who would like to participate, the bus will depart the hotel at 3:00 p.m. and return to the hotel at 5:30 p.m. for a 2.5-hour tour. The cost of the tour is $20 per person. You will receive more information regarding logistics and how to pay for the tour closer to the meeting. If you plan to attend the tour, it is required that you sign up for the session during the registration process.

You will visit historic neighborhoods, including the French Quarter, Treme, Faubourgs St. John and Marigny, Garden and Warehouse Districts, as well as New Orleans' historic cemeteries, known as Cities of the Dead, and learn about the above ground burial system.
