Some nights at the Hilton Orlando are sold out. ASWB has secured lodging for those nights at the Doubletree Sea World, located a short walk or ride from the Hilton. If you are unable to secure hotel reservations at the Hilton, please contact Jeanie Middlemas at jmiddlemas@aswb.org and she will assist with securing reservations.

The following groups are funded: Delegates, 2019 Committee/Task Force Chairs, ASWB Board of Directors, 2019 Nominating Committee Members, Election Candidates, Award Recipients, Speakers/Consultants, and Scholarship Recipients. Hotel reservations will be direct billed for funded attendees.

Airport: Orlando International Airport (MCO)
Travel Distance: Approximately 12 miles/15 minutes.
Options for getting to and from the hotel include:
Rideshare services: Approximately $25 USD one way.
All Transportation Network Companies (ride sharing providers such as Uber, Lyft and Wingz) may pick-up passengers on the Arrivals curb (Level 2).
Taxi: Approximately $38-45 USD one way.
Taxi cabs are available on the A-side and the B-side of the terminal, in the center of Arrivals Level (Level 2)
Shuttle Van: Approximately $ 21 USD one way, $33 US round trip
Located on the A-side of the terminal, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), at Commercial Lane parking spaces: A19- A21.
Located on the B-side of the terminal, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), at Commercial Lane parking spaces: B27- B29.
