The ASWB Annual Meetings are intensive business meetings during which the ASWB Delegate Assembly discusses the overall operation of the association, from financial records to examination administration to long-range goals and elections. To ensure full participation, the association funds travel and lodging for one delegate from each member jurisdiction to attend this meeting.
Thursday Pre-conference Sessions
Optional pre-conference sessions are offered on Thursday, November 15. There are two sessions offered from 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
- Administrators Forum: open to ASWB member board administrators, registrars, or staff
- Board Member Exchange: open to ASWB member board members
There are two sessions offered from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Leadership Orientation: Learn more about ASWB elected leadership positions and committee service
- New Attendee Orientation: Learn about what to expect and the voting process at the ASWB Delegate Assembly
Attendees are required to register for Thursday sessions if they plan to attend.
Welcome Reception and Dinner
A complimentary reception and dinner is open to attendees and their guests beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday evening. Hors d'oeuvres, dinner, dessert, and unlimited nonalcoholic beverages are included. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
Guests are welcome. Please include any guests when registering.
