ASWB Annual Meetings are intensive business meetings for ASWB member board members during which the ASWB delegate assembly discusses the overall operation of the association, from financial records to examination administration to long-range goals. Learn about serving as delegate. Because this meeting is online, delegate funding for travel, food, etc. does not apply.

Administrators Forum

Wednesday, November 10, 2021, 1:00 pm–5:00 pm EST

This session is open to ASWB member board administrators, registrars, and staff. The agenda varies with each meeting, but the forum provides a great opportunity for social work regulatory staff to learn from their colleagues.

Board Member Exchange

Friday, November 12, 2021, 1:00 pm–5:00 pm EST

This session is open to ASWB member board members. This facilitated meeting gives social work regulators a chance to discuss common concerns in social work regulation and learn from the expertise of other social work regulators.

Delegate Assembly Online Orientation

All delegates and alternates need to plan to attend one of the online orientation sessions. All regsitered attendees are welcome to attend.

Monday–Wednesday, November 15–17, 2021

ASWB will accept nominations from the floor electronically.  All registered attendees will be sent an online form via email to facilitate nominations from the floor. The form will be opened on Monday, November 15 at 12:00 a.m. EST and close on November 17 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Nominees from the floor who meet the criteria outlined in the ASWB Bylaws, will be included on the 2021 slate of candidates and will present their election speech during the live broadcast on Friday, November 19.

Wednesday–Friday, November 17–19, 2021

Candidate information and recorded speeches will be available online. Attendees should review this material on their own schedule during this interval.
